The role of PPD Secretariat is to assist member countries and other developing countries to expand and improve South-South collaboration in the field of Family Planning and Reproductive Health by:

• Serving as a focal point for networking and clearinghouse of Information.
• Facilitating South-South exchange
• Identifying new opportunities for South-South exchanges and sources of funding; and
• Advocating, marketing and building a positive corporate image for South-South exchanges.
