Established
on Oct 28, 2005, China Training
Center of Reproductive Health
and Family Care (CTC) is a
non-profit organization dedicated
to the realization of universal
access to reproductive health.
Under the instruction of National
Population and Family Planning
Commission (NPFPC), CTC now
serves for the developing
and implementation training
programs and providing consultancy
services for effective transfer
of knowledge, skills, and
experience, with eyes on supporting
sustainable development. CTC
now is the leading team for
South-South Cooperation task
force in UNFPA’s 2006-2010
Country Program for China,
the implementation agency
of JICA’s 2006-2008
RH program in Western China.
CTC also undertakes the task
of personnel training for
developing countries from
MOC and NPFPC, and is working
on occupational training within
NPFPC network for better provision
of public service. Besides,
CTC is collaborating with
UK NHS for develop an Electronic
Library for Public Health
in China, and working with
WCMC for establishment the
Ian Donald Inter-University
School Chinese Branch for
medical ultrasonic in obstetrics
and gynecology. As the PPD
China Programme Office, CTC
will strengthen the cooperation
with PPD in the fields of
Population Program with Social
and Economic Development,
Population and Poverty, Population
and Gender, Development of
Population Policies and RH
Program Management in the
year of 2008. |
