Building in Program Management on

at the Beijing Friendship Hotel in
Beijing, China from 08 to 10 November
2006. The Inaugural Ceremony of the
Workshop was chaired by the H.E. Dr.
Zhao Baige, Vice-Minister, National
Population and Family Planning Commission
(NPFPC) of the Government of the People’s
Republic of China.

inaugural ceremony coincided with
the signing of 3 Memorandums of Understanding
(MOUs) between Partners in Population
and Development (PPD) and the Government
of the People’s Republic of
China in respect of the assistance
to be provided by China to the PPD
Member States from 2006 to 2010.
