Fellowship Course Jointly Organized
by PPD and BKKBN Completed
Jakarta, Indonesia —
An International Fellowship Course
on “Behavior Change Communication
(BCC) in Family Planning and Reproductive
Health: The Indonesia Experience”
was organized by PPD in collaboration
with BKKBN at BKKBN, Jakarta, Indonesia
from 6 August- 4 September.
Thirteen
PPD nominated participants, from Cambodia,
Ethiopia, Kenya and Yemen, attended
the program. The Indonesian National
Family Planning Coordinating Board
(BKKBN) implemented the fellowship
program to support participants to
attend the Observation Study Tour
(OST) conducted by Center for International
Training and Collaboration, BKKBN.
The program is the First batch of
the Third Country Training Program
(TCTP) on BCC.
