Mr. Jagat Prakash Nadda, Honourable Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Government of India in New Delhi. In that meeting Dr. Thomas welcomed H.E. Mr. Jagat Prakash Nadda as a new Chair of PPD.

He also briefed the new Chair on 11th Inter-Ministerial Conference that would be titled on ‘Investing for Demographic Dividend’ jointly hosted by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of India and PPD on 25th and 26th November 2014 in New Delhi.
