For Results!
The
developing country consultants who are listed in the database
of the South-South Technical Advisory Services (STAS) project
we provided training called ‘Consulting for Results’
to further strengthening and improving their consulting skills.
More specific objectives of the training was to enable the consultants
to reflect on their current consulting skills and approaches and
to learn and practice new consulting techniques to meet clients’
needs. Briefing the consultants on the six cohorts of consulting
process, the trainings captured the balance between the technical
and interpersonal aspects of consulting.
A total sum of 117 consultants in the PPD Database have been trained
so far. They have been arranged into six groups based on their
geographical distribution.
