Partners in Population and Development (PPD) invites qualified and experienced web development firms and technology solution providers to submit Technical and Financial Proposals for the revamping of the PPD official website. This initiative is part of PPD’s broader institutional effort to strengthen its digital presence, improve user experience, and better communicate its mandate, programmes, and impact to its Member Countries, partners, and stakeholders across the Global South and the international development community.
Scope of Work
Interested vendors are strongly encouraged to review the Scope of Work carefully before preparing and submitting their proposals.
Eligibility
This Request for Proposals is open to legally registered web development companies, digital agencies, and technology firms with demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and deploying websites for international organisations, intergovernmental bodies, United Nations agencies, or comparable institutions. Vendors must be able to demonstrate relevant technical expertise, a strong portfolio of prior work, and the capacity to deliver within the stipulated timeline.
Proposal Submission Requirements
Interested vendors are required to submit their proposals in strict compliance with the following instructions.The Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal must be prepared and submitted as two entirely separate documents, each placed in a separate sealed envelope. The two sealed envelopes must then be placed together inside a single outer sealed envelope. Each inner envelope must be clearly labelled on the outside as either “Technical Proposal” or “Financial Proposal”, the name and address of the vendor. Proposals that do not comply with these submission requirements may be disqualified from consideration.

Submission Deadline
All proposals must be received at the above address no later than 30 June 2026. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered under any circumstances. PPD bears no responsibility for proposals that are delayed, lost, or misdirected in transit.
