New leadership for PPD


New Delhi, India — Along with the Chair of the PPD Board, the board member of the Host Country of PPD Mr. Zahid Maleque, Honorable Member of PPD Board and the State Minister, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh facilitated the election process of the PPD board. In his facilitation PPD elected new board for the Governance and advisory committee. Mr. Maleq proposed the name of China as the Chair, India as the co-chair and South Africa as the Secretary for the new board of PPD which was consensually accepted by the member countries. The new board is expected to take the charge from 1st January, 2015.
