28^th Annual Board Meeting of PPD Held Virtually on 6^th September 2025

The 28^th Annual Board Meeting of Partners in Population and Development (PPD) was successfully held on 6^thh September 2025 in a virtual format. Delegations from 19 PPD Member Countries, along with representatives from UNFPA, actively participated in the session.

The meeting focused on two major agenda items:

1. Appointment of the new Executive Director of PPD

2. Election of the new Executive Committee Members

These decisions mark a significant step forward in PPD’s governance and strategic direction, strengthening its role in advancing South-South Cooperation in population and development.
