PPD seeks to recruit a Legal Consultant to provide independent legal expertise to support the following institutional bodies:

PPD Disciplinary Panel

PPD Grievance and Ethics Committee

PPD Whistle-blowing Committee
The Consultant will assist these bodies in ensuring that disciplinary, grievance, and whistleblower proceedings are conducted in accordance with PPD regulations, principles of due process, and international administrative law standards.
Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 10 years legal experience
✔ Expertise in international administrative law, ethics, or institutional governance preferred
✔ Engagement period: 3 years (case-based consultancy)
