The Executive Committee consists of 9 members including the Board Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and five other general members including a permanent member of the host country of the PPD Secretariat (Bangladesh). The Executive Committee meets at least once a year. Its role is to make recommendations to the Board on program activities and budget, as well as to follow–up on the progress of activities and to review the budget. It also provides guidance to the Executive Director of the Secretariat.
