For your information and official record, please find above the published Public Notice and Disclaimer issued by Partners in Population and Development (PPD) concerning institutional authority and representation.
The notice addresses matters relating to the termination of the appointment of Professor Douagi by the Government of Tunisia according to Decree No. 2026-4 of January 7, 2026 and the cessation of his qualifying governmental appointment which terminated the legal foundation upon which his continued eligibility to serve on the Board and, derivatively, as PPD Board Chairperson rested, the dismissal from service or resignation of former staff members, and the issue of unauthorized representation of the Organization by any of the individuals named therein.
The Notice has been published in the newspaper for public information and institutional transparency.
