Partners in Population and Development (PPD) invites applications from qualified candidates of PPD Member States for the position of Director, PPD Africa Regional Office (ARO) based in Kampala, Uganda.

The Director will provide strategic leadership to promote South–South Collaboration among African countries in the areas of reproductive health, family planning, HIV/AIDS, population, and development. The position will oversee regional programme implementation, resource mobilization, and partnerships with governments, development partners, and regional institutions.

Grade: International Professional (IP-3 Step 2)
Starting Salary: US$71,425.05 per annum (Negotiable) plus benefits
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Contract Duration: Three years (renewable)
