Partners in Population and Development (PPD) is seeking a highly qualified Head of Finance to lead the organization’s financial strategy and operations at its Secretariat in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Master’s required; PhD preferred) in Finance/Accounting

• Chartered Accountant (ACCA/ACA or equivalent) – mandatory

• Minimum 15 years’ senior-level experience, including Big 4 or multinational exposure

• Proficiency in major accounting software (e.g., Tally, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)

• Experience in international or UN organizations is an asset

• Fluency in English required
